Just a stone's throw from the historic center, in the district of "Cit Turin" (small Turin), in 1998 was born the trattoria of Dario Elia (also the chef), Antonio Massimo Miglietta and Paola Barberis. The name encompasses all the vivacity and carefreeness of the peasant farms ("fòla" means crazy), of the old trattorias, those faithful to the gastronomic tradition of the Langhe and Monferrato. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy, with a vaulted ceiling in bricks, wooden furniture and refined table linen. The menu it's the Piedmont traditional one.
